An Inside Look at the Spring Resilience for Progress Retreat
“I’m deeply motivated by the responsibility that comes with people trusting me to hold space for their growth.”
Last fall, I hosted the very first Resilience for Progress retreat. It was a pilot in every sense of the word. I was testing the flow, the pacing, the content, and most importantly, whether the experience would truly give people the space to pause, reflect, and make progress across the four facets of better living.
What I didn’t expect was how quickly the weekend would affirm that this work matters. The connections formed, the vulnerability shared, and the clarity participants walked away with made it clear that this retreat was not a one time experiment. It was the beginning of something I want to continue building with intention and care.
I’m excited to share that the next Resilience for Progress retreat is officially scheduled for April 10–12.
One of the biggest pieces of feedback from the October group was the desire for more time to settle in. In response, this April retreat will begin Friday afternoon rather than in the evening. That small shift allows for a gentler arrival, more breathing room, and a longer arc to the experience overall. It’s a change rooted directly in what participants shared and what I observed as the facilitator.
The heart of the retreat remains the same. It’s still a guided weekend designed to help you step away from the noise of everyday life and focus on physical wellness, personal relationships, professional purpose, and prosperity habits. What’s evolving is the way the experience is held. I’m refining the flow, strengthening transitions, and creating even more space for reflection, connection, and rest.
Planning this second retreat feels different than the first. There’s less guessing and more confidence. I know what worked. I know what needed adjustment. And I’m deeply motivated by the responsibility that comes with people trusting me to hold space for their growth.
If you were drawn to the October retreat but couldn’t make the timing work, or if you’ve been following along through the blog and social posts wondering what this experience is really like, this April retreat is for you.
If you’re ready to learn more, you can visit this express interest form so we can schedule time to chat about how this might be the right fit for you. For now, I wanted to offer this early glimpse behind the scenes and share how excited I am to bring this experience to life again.
Thank you for being part of this community and for cheering on this work as it continues to grow.
