A Retreat for Reflection

Resilience for Progress is a transformational weekend retreat that helps women reset, realign, and rise across four dimensions of fulfillment: Physical, Personal, Professional, and Prosperity.

Through movement, reflection, and connection in a peaceful setting, you’ll gain clarity, confidence, and tools to live a more resilient, purpose-driven life.

  • Professional Progress: Align your skills and passions with meaningful work and career clarity

  • Prosperity Progress: Gain confidence in your finances and create freedom through intentional choices

  • Yes, this is our inaugural retreat, and I’m so excited to welcome the very first group of women into this experience. As part of this founding group, you’ll receive specially discounted pricing in exchange for your honest feedback and reflections after the weekend.

Your insights will help shape and strengthen future retreats, so your voice is truly part of what we’re building. While the programming is carefully designed and fully planned, this first group plays a meaningful role in bringing the vision to life and I’m so grateful for your willingness to be part of it.

  • Resilience for Progress is for women who are ready to reflect and reset across multiple areas of their lives. It's ideal if you're seeking fulfillment, crave authentic connection, and are open to both movement and stillness. This experience is not for you if you're only looking for a luxury escape, prefer elevated dining or spa amenities, or if group sharing is outside your comfort zone.

  • All workshops, wellness sessions, materials, buffet meals, and activities are included. You’ll receive everything you need for the full experience. You just need to show up as yourself.
