Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Pamela.

I created Resilience for Progress because I believe fulfillment is built, not found, and it begins by nurturing every part of who we are. As a wife, mom of teenage twins, corporate executive, active volunteer, and group fitness instructor, I understand both the beauty and the challenge of trying to hold it all together.

I’ve worked in roles I loved and roles I chose for stability. I managed the demanding season of super-commuting to New York while raising young boys. I’ve experienced the pain of divorce and the joy of finding love again. I’ve made difficult healthcare decisions while navigating my mom’s journey through dementia, breast cancer, and the final stage of her life. And I’ve shifted my mindset from seeing fitness as a chore to embracing it as a passion, carving out time not only for myself but also to train and empower others.

The common thread in every chapter of my life is clear: progress through resilience.

Professionally, I bring more than 25 years of experience in leadership, analytics, and performance management. I’ve participated in a variety of high-impact leadership and personal development programs and conferences. I’ve also led planning for a large-scale retreat, an experience that sparked my desire to create something more intentional, more personal, and truly transformative.

Personally, I bring the energy of a 4:45 AM fitness coach, the empathy of someone who has walked through hard seasons, and the belief that clarity, connection, and courage can change everything.

Resilience for Progress is the culmination of everything I know and everything I continue to learn. It is for women who are ready to reset, realign, and rise with support, tools, and a lot of heart.

I can’t wait to welcome you into this experience and walk alongside you as you build what’s next.

With gratitude,
Pamela Betz
