Participation in the Resilience for Progress retreat includes two separate payments:
Retreat Registration: normally $399 - paid to Resilience for Progress, complimentary for Coach Exchange
This fee includes:
A three-day guided retreat featuring interactive sessions designed to spark clarity, growth, and momentum
Strength and cardio workouts led by a Certified Personal Trainer, with adaptations for all fitness levels
Facilitated discussions and guided reflection activities that support meaningful personal insight
Your Resilience for Progress workbook, fitness resistance bands, and other curated workshop materials
Lodging & Meals:
All participants are required to stay onsite at Trout Lodge. Lodging is booked and paid directly with the venue and includes accommodations and all meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch.
Shared (Double) Occupancy: approximately $200 per person for the weekend reserved and paid separately to Trout Lodge
Single Occupancy: approximately $300 per person for the weekend reserved and paid separately to Trout Lodge
Exchange Agreement:
This registration is provided at no cost as part of a service exchange tied to the Moms Holding Space pilot program. By selecting this option, the participant acknowledges that this complimentary registration is offered in consideration of services provided through the Moms Holding Space initiative.
